Badman

Location: To the right of Steinway beer garden on Dukes Boulevard.
Mission: Take Badman to an alleyway with 3 Russians. When they start to attack, kill them. The last one will try to run.

Brian (first mission)

Location: Near Roman's garage on Iroquois Ave.
Mission: This isn't really a mission. Meet Brian the junkie and he'll give you $100.
|

Brian (second mission)
|
Location: South of the 69th Street Diner on Crockett Ave.
Mission: Brian'll ask you to drive him to his dealer. Afterwards, drive him home.
|
|
Brian (third mission)
|
Location: Next to the gunshop on the corner of Dillon St and Montauk Ave.
Mission: Brian wants to pay off his dealer. Drive him to his dealer and the dealer will start to beat him up. Get out of the car and point your gun at the dealer. He'll run away. You can also shoot him if you want to. Then take Brian back home.

Ilyena Faustin
|
Location: Firefly Island, at the start of the pier. Left of the amusement park.
Mission: Ilyena will ask you to get rid of a slimeball pestering her daughter. Go to the guy and after you talk to him he'll start running. Chase him down or just shoot him.

Mel
|
Location: Near the police station on Oakley St, under the Broker Bridge.
Mission: Mel will ask you to drive him to his loanshark. When there, the loansharks will draw their weapons at start assaulting Mel. Get out and dispose of them. Afterwards, drive Mel back home.
