Cherise (not required for 100%, able to kill in "Ruff Rider" for Dwayne)

Location: Near the Tw@ café in the north of Algonquin. On the corner of Wardite St and Exeter Ave.
Mission: Cherise will tell you that her boyfriend is hitting her. Drive over to his place and have a chat with him. He'll pull out a gun and start shooting so shoot back. Cherise will flip out and run away.

Clarence (not required for 100%, able to kill in "Hollands Nights" for Francis McReary)

Location: Between Denver Ave and Astoria, south of Vauxite St, north of Algonquin.
Mission: Niko won't remember Clarence but he'll remember you. He shows his gun to you and at the end of the cut-scene he'll try to kill you. Shoot him and pick up his cash.

Hossan
|
Location: South of Algonquin, on the corner of Frankfort Ave and Garnet St.
Mission: The guy you meet on the boat at the start of the game. He'll be selling knock-off handbags on the street. Hossan will get a phonecall to collect his paycheck. Drive him to his employer who won't give American money to an illegal immigrant. The guy will speed away in his car so drive after him. Make sure you don't wreck the car completely, the guy will get out if it's wrecked enough. Then kill him and drive Hossan to an alleyway.

Jeff (first mission)

Location: North of Algonquin, on Bismark Ave.
Mission: He'll ask you to follow his wife who he suspects of cheating on him. Follow her and her friend on the Superstar café. Go in and take a picture of the couple and send it to Jeff.

Jeff (second mission)
|
Location: N/A, Jeff will call you.
Mission: Go to the underground parking lot to meet with Jeff. His wife had a little accident in the kitchen and stabbed herself 50 times. (Woops) Take the car with the body and dispose of it in the ocean. Make sure you bail out on time and make sure the cops don't notice the body in the trunk or you'll have to shake them.

Jeff (third mission)

Location: Just north of Ray Boccino's restaurant on Feldspar St.
Mission: Not really a mission. Talk to him and he'll tell you about his new wife. He'll ask you to kill her aswell, you decline, he freaks out and gets himself run over by a car. Pick up the money and walk away.

Marnie (first mission)
|
Location: Algonquin, to the right of the Civic Citadel. Between Liberty Ln and Denver Ave.
Mission: Marnie's a drug addict and offers you sex for $5. Niko refuses and decides to help her. Drive her to one of her dealers in Alderney. Once you arrive she takes $500 for the drugs and runs off.

Marnie (second mission)

Location: Middle of Algonquin, on the corner of Quartz St and Ivy Drive South. If you don't find her, go save a few times to skip a few days. She'll be here.
Mission: Marnie pissed of one of her dealers and now she thinks he'll kill her. Drive her to the station so she can go back home. Again, she'll take $500. Wooptidoo.

Pathos (first mission)

Location: Near Star Junction on Denver-Exeter Ave.
Mission: A street rapper who gets insulted on the street. He runs to the guys who insulted him but can't take them on. Cross the street and give him a hand.

Pathos (second mission)

Location: A bit north of the previous location. On the corner of Manganese St and Denver-Exeter Ave.
Mission: Pathos gets insulted again but now he also gets shot. Kill the two assailants and drive Pathos to the hospital. He'll promise to thank you on his next CD, after God and his mother. Awesome!

Sara (first mission)

Location: To the right of Hossan on Back Passage. She will be available after finishing Hossan's mission.
Mission: She's completely wasted and rants about how she still got it and how expensive her clothes are. She'll ask you to drive her home as she doesn't have a car. Drop her off while listening to some nice details of her exciting life.

Sara (second mission)

Location: South of Algonquin, a bit north of the Heli Tours.
Mission: She won't remember a thing about your previous meeting as she was drunk off her arse. She asks you to get a package from Perseus so drive over there and pick it up. Turns out no one payed for the package though so cough up $500 and get back to Sara. She promises to call some people and work it out though. Right...
