Eddie Low (first mission)

Location: In an alleyway near Lockowski Ave. South of Panhandle Rd in Alderney.
Mission: This freak will ask you to drive him to the docks where has to dispose of some goods in his bag. Afterwards, drive him to Westminster.

Eddie Low (second mission)
|
Location: West of Cockerell Ave in Alderney. He's quite tricky to find, try going there at about 2.30AM and make sure you read about a serial killer on the internet in a Tw@ café.
Mission: After another freaky dialogue with Eddie he'll attack you. Simply kill him.

Gracie Ancelotti
|
Location: Middle of Alderney, on Babbage Drive. It's the same place you meet her the first time where you kidnap her.
Mission: She'll start screaming at the sight of you and some Italian gangsters will start shooting at you. Take cover and get rid of them. Then take their cash.

Ivan (not required for 100%, able to kill in "Ivan The Not So Terrible" for Vlad)
|
Location: In an alleyway of Mueri St in the middle of Alderney.
Mission: He's a loanshark and asks you to go with him on one of his runs. The people that owe money to him don't want to pay so get rid of them. There are on the roofs and balconies. Afterwards, Ivan will pay you for your trouble.
