Some guy in the other property's page was saying that the garage in verdant meadows in huge! Well, I want to announce that THAT'S A PLANE CUM CAR GARAGE! Also, my huge garage contains a Maverick, a Sea Sparrow, a Barracks and (drum rolls here) a Tank! I stole the Tank from Area 69. Get yourself a jet pack. Fly very low. So low that you think you're super sprinting. The heat seeking RPG shouldn't follow you now. Fly low above the fence (you'll get a 5 star wanted level) and quickly get inside the Tank! Then you can easily go to your garage in Verdant Meadows and then stop the Tank close to the door. Save. The wanted level will go away and you can keep your tank in the plane cum car garage!

I've found the best way of making money in SA is by betting on the horses.
First off, the best horse to bet on is number 5. He gives you either 11 or 12 to 1 odds and the system always seems to spring a win at least once every 6 races or so.

While your reserves are low it's best to start off shooting drug dealers and prostitutes until you have arond $20k

Then go the the betting shop under the freeway in Los Santos and put a bet on horse 5. Start with a bet of $1000. If you win you get $10k back. Keep putting $1000 on each bet until you have a bank of around $50k. When you pass $50k, start incrementing your bet by $1000. So next bet is $2k, next is $3k, after that it's $4k etc. Sounds crazy but it works. So if you loose 5 bets, you may have spent $15K but you'll get back $66k or $72K if you win the 6th. Keep this up until you have around $150k.
After this go back down to $5k bets for the first then increment each bet by $5k.
Eg, $5k, $10k, $15k, $20k etc. After a while you'll be betting $100K per race and winning well over a million back when you do win.
By the time I started to do missions properly I had well over $2 million and after green sabre had $5 million and every property in LS bought as well as some good modified cars in the garages.

Another good way of getting loads of money is doing a vigilante mission in a tank. You somehow seem to be invincible and, as long as you don't shoot any cops, your stars should be low. At vigilante level 100 you get $500000 for destroying 3 cars!

when you enter las venturas it is very easy to get money:
get al the horse shoes for more luck.
go to a casino (like the four dragons) and start with the slot machine of $50.
you get more gambeling skills and i had never lost more money than i had reseaved from the slot machine.
whet you have gambeling skill high enough to gambel 10000 at the roulette table, keep on betting on red or black and you get very fast the maximum gamble skill of betting $1000000.
when you have $3000000 you can buy all propeties and clothes in 1 time.

these properties are so much more expensive, and it's harder still to get due to the limited amount of money you get in missions. In vice city, hyman condos was only $6000 and el swanko Casa (the most expensive safehouse) was only $8000, and you get up to $250000 in some later missions, and at least $1000 in many earlier ones. Here, in SA, the only money you get in the beginning los santos missions is $1000, from cesars race, and $750 from 2 of sweet's missions. why do they make earning money harder and harder from the first GTA???
