Location: Flint County
How it becomes an Asset: After you've done all 8 trucking missions. You need to have acces to Las Venturras for the last mission.
Max Money: $2,000
Description: You can do these missions after you've done Tanker Commander with Catalina. Just drive the trucks to locations with cops on your tail, a damage meter or in
a specific time.
Location: Ocean Flats
How it becomes an Asset: After you've done 4 courier missions on the Freeway parked outside the Hippy Shopper.
Max Money: $2,000
Description: Just like the courier missions in Los Santos but with a Freeway.
Location: Garcia
How it becomes an Asset: After you've done the 3 missions from ZERO.
Max Money: $5,000
Description: You can buy this shop a little bit after your arrive in San Fierro. One of the mission is real hard and may cause frustrations.
Location: Financial
How it becomes an Asset: After you've passed level 4 of the Valet mission.
Max Money: $2,000
Description: You can do the Valet mission after the mission '555 We Tip'. You need the Valet uniform to start this mission. You can find it at your Wardrobe.
Location: Downtown
How it becomes an Asset: Do all the garage missions were you steal cars. You need to complete the driving school (all bronze) to buy this property.
Max Money: $8,000
Description: After the second mission from this property you can mod Street Race Vehicles at the Wheel Arch Angels mod shop in Ocean Flats. Also the stolen vehicles
spawn at Wang Auto's.

| I got all gold in driving school as soon as i unlocked it, but i rarely use any of those car spawns cause they're all crap. super-speedy, but super tough to handle, even at lower speeds (especially the super-GT). |

There is a Suburban store in Hashburry. Go one street north from it and one to the west. Hippy Shopper should be right there (under that road which curves a bit).

| You mean Wang Cars. You have to complete the Driving school. When you completed San Fierro, Jethro will call you and he will tell you that the showroom has come up for sale. |
