| Junaid, Cesar Vialpando is seriously the 3rd or 4th mission...and it's pretty straight forward..drive to the garage, pick up the lowrider, back into the mod garage (you dont have to actually mod it though), drive to the lowrider meet and do the challenge...pretty simple. |
