Any territories taken over early in the game will be lost. Gang territories are not displayed while completing Fierro and Venturas missions. Wait until you come back to Los Santos.
Armor up. Take an SMG, an AK-47 or M4 and hand grenades. Kill a few enemy gang members to provoke a gang war. Enemies will come mostly from behind .. Funnel enemies toward you by using bridges, balconies, alleyways etc .. Grenades are great for mid-range attacks and will take out several enemies at a time. Use the SMG and M4 for any who get close enough. Skip from SMG to M4 before they are empty to save time reloading. After each wave make use of the health and armor boosts if needed ..
The more territories you control, the harder some will be to provoke into war. In some cases you might need to drag an enemy gang member from his car. In other cases you might need to have them chase you into their territory before you kill them. Killing enemy gang members on Families turf will not provoke a gang war.
Towards the last few territories, enemies will hold ground away from the war zone. You might need a fast bike and/or a sniper rifle to kill these enemies and return to the war zone. If you are away from the war zone too long the fight will be lost. Try not to die. |

| The best way to take over gang territories! Take the jet pack from the desert airfield (You unlock it after the mission Green Goo). Take many sniper rifle bullets (About 56 should do for a average aiming guy). Go to a 20-25 meter tall building using the jet pack. Snipe everyone from top and survive 3 waves and the hood is yours! I bet you didn't loose more than 1/4 of your health/armor! 1/4 is the maximum I loose! I DON'T USE CHEATS!!! |

| no i started a new game so i am trying to take over all territories before i move on. i just dont know if it's worth it or not |

| When you are able to go to San Fierro you can't take over more territorys when u finish the missions in Las Venturas you will beable to take over territory again and cheating has nothing to do with it its just the way the game goes. |

| i have a question and an answer question is that can you play in multiplayer mode (on ps2 ) and still take over territories? My Answer is that the reason might be that you've got to the second part of s.a. and have not beat the game yet is why you cant take over territories. |
