For Package 60 you dont need helicopter.
The door to terrace is just right to the main door |

| people take all 100 before you do the missions!!! that makes completing missions easier, first thing you do in this game is to make a paramdic and pizza mission, then go jack a boat from the cortezs place and go to other island then go downtown buy a hyman condo pppf you have a helicopter, sudddenly getting the packages became easier? |

Stupid question here...
I'm sure I wnt through ALL the places but I only got 99 packages.
When looking for package 88 (on the heliport at the airport, the place is just empty!
Here is the pic where you show the statue, while I do not see it:

Can you please confirm that the package is in the middle of the heliport?

All the games in the GTA3 era have an in-game cheat counter that will lock you out of that last 1% if you cheat too much. Didn't anyone ever tell you cheaters never prosper? |
