| to get package #42 you don't neseccarly need a helicopter. There's a way that you can get it and a unique jump at the same time. Get a PCJ-600 and drive it to the alleyway with the police bribe. Hit the ramp and follow the correct ramps to get to the top of the roof. Get a good amount of distance and hit the jump facing the film studio. WHen hitting the jump either turn the bike slightly to the right, or be prepared to brake and turn right once you've landed. If you've done everything correctly, you should be on the roof where you get package #42. Also if done right, you should get a unique jump bonus. You can also get the other package located in the film studio. If you haven't unlocked the film studio yet, to get out find the stairs in the south eastern corner of the studio. take them and jump off of the roof to get out. You'll probably lose your bike in the process however. |

Hey guys did you know that the sea sparrow has a machine gun if youre in the sparrow just klik R1 and you have a very strong machine gun but the range of the gun is not so far but is is a real strong gun

| YO! Jackyblacky it's me C.J. and i'll help you how to get to the underground garage. first when you have the missions (labled "C" on radar) for Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez or Colonel Cortez you will have to get to the boatyard there a.k.a. The Marina. right? and when you see the Cheetah (car) you will see in fornt of you a yelllow stand (where they let cars in) and thatis the underground garage. now to find the Hidden Package you have to turn left and then you see the Hidden Package floating in the air and then you could grab it. This is how you get to the underground garage. NOTE- there are also some cars there that you can jack them. |

HOW TO GET TO THE SECOND ISLAND WIHTOUT CHEATING BEFORE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO:
1. Get a Rancher
2. Drive to the gate connecting to starfish island.
3. Park the Rancher on the "sidewalk" on the left hand side, the back a little before the high part of the wall.
4. Jump on top of the solid bush on the other side.
5. Find the Sniper Rifle in the Garden Maze at Diaz's Mansion
6. Go to the other half of the island, either by one of the small buildings up against the shore or one of the lowered platforms.
7. Wait for a boat to drive towards you, and shoot the driver just before he starts turning
8. If your lucky you can jump ontop of the boat and sail away to the second half of the island.
9. I recommend you atleast get 10 packages so you have $1000, just enough to buy the Skumhole Shack around the corner from the greasy chopper.
10. Now you can get either the Police Maverick, or the VCN Maverick to fly around wherever you want.

| the way to get 150 armor is to complete level 12 in the vigalent missions and to get 150 health you have to either beat level 10 or 12 in the pizza boy missions but im not sure so i would just complete level 12 just in case |

| There is a way to get all 100 packages without cheating and without doing even 1 mission. Take a bike and go to the boath bridges, go on high speed and crach on the wall and fly over to boatbridge then take a boath and go over to other side of map. (This is hard to do) |

| ok i found out how to get all the hidden packages but still be able to cheat what you have to do is this, start a new game AND don't do any cheats do all the missions for Ken Rosenberg, the after you do that you will get a call from Colonel Cortez ,go do his missions till you beat Guardian Angel after you beat that mission you will get a call from Diaz, do his missions till you beat Phnom Penh '86 after that mission u will be able to go to the other island. Buy the Hyman condo(downtown). then go to the roof and get the heli. start at #1 hidden package the stay in order till you get to 100 then after you get them all save the game and you will be aloud to do cheats without it taking a hidden package |
