A
brilliant machine as it allows you to fly any where you want to in the city.
It is flyable and takes a bit of practice and a special technique but once
you've got the hang of it, it's pretty easier to fly. Read the Dodo Flying Guide here.

Fitted
with a gun, this police boat is used in a couple of missions to catch criminals.
This is probably the only time you will use it though because the speeder
is much better and you won't need the gun any other time.

The
first boat you will get to sail. It's slow and wont be able to keep up with
the Speeder or Preadtor so there is not much incentive to use it. Unless
you have to in a mission.

Once
you find one of these you wont want to use any other boat. Easily the fastest
and most fun to sail. Pity it doesnt have a gun fitted to the front of it
but you can't have everything.

Obviously
you can't control it yourself (awww) but it is still a mode of transport.
So I included it. I never find much use for the raised train on Portland,
but you can use the subway train to get to other islands.

Vehicles that aren't really worth driving unless you can help it.
