| you can get all hidden packs without cheats at the beginning of the game which helps passing missions and is also a part of 100% thing. the guide tells you the numer 33 and 17 are on portland but cannot be taken before staunton island, well you can go to staunton island via the broken bridge, search on youtube there is many videos of it. once in staunton island, get a bot the get the package on the island near the fish factory, for the 17 in chinatown subway station, go into a subway on staunton island with a car and drive inside the tunnel to the statiion, get the package and go back same way as you came, other packages on staunton and portland can be taken normally. shoreside is very easy to go into if you dont have access to staunton yet, the porter tunnel can be used normally between these islands. so in shoreside get all packages, the last package is on a rising bridge but you can get that too, save when you have 99 because trying to get the last one can kill you many times. the last one needs to fly the dodo, on this site there is a guide for that, it takes a bit of practise but its worth it, to get on top of the brige get enough height and try to land on the bridge from the side, the pilars are thin air, you can go through them, then park your dodo in the middle and jump on top of it so you can get the last one, if possible then take the dod into your garage on staunton island and save, then you can take the dodo into the import export garage, once you have all vehicles on the list you can every time you want go choose any vehicle you want, also the dodo so then you dont have to fail the brigde jump anymore and you can go anywhere you want.... have fun:) |

| Hello again. Staunton #63 says that "just East" of the AMco building you find the store with a package (you have to bust the window). It's West. Face North on the HUD mini-map. Left is West, and Right is East. Duh. |

Started playing GTA 3 for the first time a couple weeks ago (played GTA 4 first). Could be this has been cited before but it's easy to get on the roof of the Supa Sava building (#22). If you approach from the beach, you can see a wall on the right. Easy to climb the hill beside it to get on top, then run and jump the short gap onto the roof. Some stairs leading to the street are opposite the wall.
In #21, jumping the gap between buildings is much easier if you first grab the energy pill hidden in the trailers in front of the building. I did it while on foot and had just enough time to make it. Also, you can reposition a truck under the overhang so when you jump down, it's not as punishing a landing. |

You can get # 92 before opening Shoreside.
Just get into the subway train and go to Francis Station in Shoreside. The exit will be locked so you cannot access Shoreside Vale but the package #92 sits IN the subway which IS accessible at the moment. |
